A re-zoning application has been approved for a 26-storey tower and a 6-storey podium with approximately 400-units. The project is located along the Rideau River on the corner of Bank Street and Riverside Drive.
Lofty Westboro
A re-zoning application has been approved for a 32-storey tower and a 6-storey podium with approximately 375-units. The project is located less than 100m from the future Westboro Light Rail Transit Station.
432-436 ravenhill
The original plans for 3 single-family homes were rejected by the Committee of Adjustments. An as-of-right building permit application for 4 townhomes with a total of 10 rental units has been submitted and is expected to start construction in 2024.
Upcoming Projects
Carling Mixed-Use
A community outreach program is being initiated to start preliminary planning for a mixed-use development that includes commercial ground floor use and residential uses on a vacant portion of the lands. It is expected that a re-zoning application will be made 2024.
TRANSIT-ORIENTED MIXED-USE
Preliminary concept plans are being developed for an exciting new community in one of the most attractive neighbourhoods in Ottawa. An application for this development will be filed in 2024.
